Good Chemistry is an affordable personal fragrance brand creating original, approachable scents designed to make fragrance fun and easy to explore. Our fragrance collection includes Eau de Parfum, Body Mist, Travel Spray, Mini Body Mist, and Solid Perfume formats, with a focus on original scent discovery, ingredient transparency, and thoughtfully crafted formulas.
We believe fragrance should feel less intimidating and more like something you can experiment with. From finding a signature scent to building a fragrance wardrobe, Good Chemistry makes it easy to discover scents that fit your mood, style, and everyday moments.

Yes. Good Chemistry products are PETA-certified cruelty-free and vegan.
We believe you should feel good about what you're wearing, which is why our formulas are created without animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals.

Good Chemistry personal fragrances are formulated to meet our clean standards and are made without phthalates or propylene glycol. Our personal fragrances are also dye-free, and all Good Chemistry products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Ingredient transparency is an important part of how we approach fragrance. We believe knowing what's inside your perfume (and why those ingredients are there) should help you feel more confident exploring fragrance.

Good Chemistry personal fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free, and dye-free, and are formulated without phthalates or propylene glycol.
However, individual skin sensitivities can vary. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list before use and performing a patch test on a small area of skin first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

We believe fragrance shouldn't feel like a mystery. That's why ingredient transparency is an important part of our approach to formulation.

Good Chemistry offers several fragrance formats so you can choose how and where you want to wear your scent.
Eau de Parfum (Perfume): Our most concentrated fragrance format, designed for longer-lasting everyday wear.
Body Mist: A lighter fragrance format that's easy to refresh throughout the day.
Mini Body Mists: A smaller version of our Body Mist that's easy to carry with you or use when you want to try a scent in a compact format.
Travel Spray: A portable Eau de Parfum format designed for fragrance on the go.
Solid Perfume: A portable, mess-free fragrance format designed for easy application and touch-ups throughout the day.
All of our formats are available across our approachable, original scent collection, although specific scents and formats may vary.

Yes. Good Chemistry offers curated fragrance bundles that make it easy to discover multiple scents, build a fragrance wardrobe, or give fragrance as a gift (plus you save money when you purchase our bundles).
Can I layer Good Chemistry scents?
Can I layer Good Chemistry scents?
Absolutely. Fragrance layering is one of our favorite ways to experiment and create a scent that's uniquely yours.
Try combining complementary fragrance families, notes, or formats, for example, layering a citrus or fruity Body Mist over a floral Eau de Parfum. You can experiment with different combinations to create your own custom signature scent.
There are no hard-and-fast rules. That's the fun of fragrance!

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Good Chemistry currently ships orders via FedEx Ground from Memphis, Tennessee to the 48 contiguous United States. Expect about 7–10 business days for your package to arrive.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.
The standard shipping rate is a flat $7.95, calculated based on your order subtotal after discounts and before tax.

If you forgot to enter a promotional code, please contact Good Chemistry Customer Care at customers@good-chemistry.com. Our team can review your request to determine whether your order qualifies for a promotional adjustment.
Promotional adjustments cannot be made once a promotion has ended or a promotional code has expired.
When can I expect my order?
When can I expect my order?
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your Good Chemistry order to arrive.
We work diligently to get every order out the door as quickly as possible. Once your order is in transit, you can use your carrier tracking information to monitor its delivery.
If you have any issues with receiving your delivery, please review tracking with the carrier, or let us know at customers@good-chemistry.com no more than 30 days past the expected delivery date.

What is your return policy?
Good Chemistry return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, and the return request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact Good Chemistry Customer Care at customers@good-chemistry.com with your order information.
Once your returned item(s) are received, please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to be processed.
All sales are final for items marked as discontinued or limited edition.
For items purchased outside of good-chemistry.com, please contact the vendor or retailer where the purchase was made and review their return and refund policy. We are not able to offer replacements, exchanges or refunds for items that were not purchased directly through our website.

No. Once a Good Chemistry order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the order.
This includes changing the shipping address, changing products in the order, or canceling the order. Please review your shipping information and products carefully before completing your purchase.

If your Good Chemistry order arrives damaged, please inspect your products when they are delivered and contact Good Chemistry Customer Care at customers@good-chemistry.com within 10 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the damaged product and/or shipment with your message so our team can review the issue.
All Good Chemistry products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. When possible, we will replace broken items or provide a replacement for products damaged during shipping.
